This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual with experience and a passion for music, festivals, live concerts and digital media, and who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our market managers and reps by evaluating and developing strategies for ground promotions and marketing, planning and coordinating sales events, communicating to both companies and on the ground representatives, and building awareness and positioning for our brand in new and existing markets. The Promotional Coordinator will report directly to the Promotional Director and work alongside the Marketing and Sponsorship departments, based in Nashville. With offices in Nashville, Columbus, and LA, Breakaway has a footprint around the country. Breakaway is the nation's leading pop, dance, and hip-hop music festival series, hosting over 100,000 college students and young professionals annually, touring 30+ college campuses across the US, and activating a small army of 1200+ college student ambassadors.
